1 General Terms & Conditions

123 gk (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "123 gk") is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to 123 gk's website, mobile app, and all related services.

By creating an account or using the 123 gk platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 123 gk.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with 123 gk, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

• Registering an account with false information is a violation of these Terms.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Operating an account in someone else's name or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Restriction

123 gk is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and eligible to participate in online betting under your local laws.

123 gk may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Your account may be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payments

123 gk supports deposits via all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please note the following important rules regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 15 minutes.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Your account must be fully verified (KYC verified) before submitting a withdrawal request. The detailed withdrawal rules are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The maximum withdrawal limit per single transaction is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

If fraud is suspected or a rule violation occurs, 123 gk may place a temporary hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Additional verification documents may be requested during this process.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 123 gk. They apply across all betting markets — from cricket and football to Live Casino.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a cash-out option is available.
• 123 gk reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Pre-match bets become active once the match kicks off — however, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• Some bets may be rejected due to delays in in-play betting.
• Arbitrage betting using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms

123 gk regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. Minimum deposit ৳1,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: The weekly reload bonus is available on specific days. Terms may vary each week.
• Cashback: Cashback is paid on net losses within a specified period. No wagering conditions apply to cashback.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you get a bonus — the reward activates once your referred friend completes their first deposit.

Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry. 123 gk reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 123 gk and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a fake or another person's identity.
• Exploiting the bonus system in a fraudulent manner (bonus hunting).
• Operating arbitrage betting or coordinated betting groups.
• Using hacking, scripting, or automated software.
• Using funds derived from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

9 Account Closure & Bans

123 gk may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is violated.
• If registration using false information is proven.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If the user has submitted a self-exclusion request.

To appeal an account closure decision, email support@123gk.app. Appeals are typically reviewed within 7 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

123 gk is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical issues or internet connection failures.
• Financial losses resulting from betting — betting is entirely your personal decision.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• If an unauthorized third party gains access to your account.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

123 gk is committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, and legal compliance.

12 Changes to Terms
